Do I need to be available all day?

Yes. Your active presence is what makes the sprint effective. Every decision is made in real time, without back-and-forth.

What can you achieve in one day?

A showcase website, a landing page, a visual identity, a key feature, or an automation. This website (asuos.ch) was itself built in one sprint day. Expectations are scoped before the day to guarantee a deliverable result.

Is the day remote or in-person?

Both are possible. In-person in Swiss Romande or via video conference if you're elsewhere.

What if we don't finish everything?

We prioritise together before the day. The goal is to deliver the essentials, we don't commit to more than what's realistic.

Can we book in advance?

Yes, spots can be booked several weeks in advance. A scoping call is scheduled before the day to prepare properly.
