AsuOs is me, Toni Dias. Independent software engineer, I design and ship SaaS platforms, apps and websites for SMEs and founders in French-speaking Switzerland.
My background
An engineer by training, I build digital products for Swiss and international clients: 40+ projects shipped for 25+ clients, from startups to institutions, with work reaching as far as the United States.
Alongside client projects, I build my own products. I launched the Take Control Now podcast, where I interviewed around twenty entrepreneurs from French-speaking Switzerland, plus several Lab projects. Building for myself keeps me sharp at everything I sell: product, engineering and launch.
AsuOs was born from a simple conviction: the best projects are built when the client talks directly to the person who codes. No salesperson, no project manager translating, no lost context. You explain your business, I build your tool, and every decision happens live.

I use AI as an accelerator for mechanical tasks. Architecture, product decisions and quality stay in my hands, and the code is reviewed and tested.

That is the right question to ask any independent. My answer: your code belongs to you from day one, everything is documented, and I work in partnership with the Swiss agency Wavemind, which can take over your project at any time. The direct access of an independent, the continuity of a structure.
On the side
I also build my own products and experiments. It is my way of testing tools before recommending them to clients.
