Group class management SaaS built in Switzerland

Salsa y Dulzura Lausanne is a salsa and bachata school in Lausanne. Like many group class schools, it ran on everyday tools: a notebook for attendance, a spreadsheet for passes and subscriptions, messages for payment reminders. Attendance was jotted down by hand between two songs, accounts were recalculated from memory at the end of the month, and chasing a student for a payment quickly became awkward. AsuOs designed Vivi to answer that concrete need.

The problem was not a lack of tools but their disconnection. The notebook does not talk to the spreadsheet, the spreadsheet does not talk to the messages. Attendance gets lost, ghost passes keep circulating, and nobody knows how many sessions are left on a student's pass. And during class, nobody has time to open a laptop. The school needed a single, touch-friendly tool, usable live during the class, with no friction for the teaching team.

AsuOs designed and developed Vivi as a product in its own right: class scheduling, attendance tapped on a phone or tablet during the class, subscriptions and session passes automatically decremented at each attendance, payment tracking, a complete student record and an analytics dashboard to steer the school.

Today, Vivi is the working tool of the school's teaching team. Students do not sign up online yet, opening the product to them is a path for later. In parallel, AsuOs is progressively turning Vivi into a multi-school SaaS, with a back office and pricing plans, for other group class teachers: dance, yoga, fitness or singing.

Vivi gives Salsa y Dulzura Lausanne a single tool to run its classes, without a notebook or a spreadsheet. AsuOs keeps evolving the product, with the ambition of a SaaS available to other group class teachers in Switzerland.
